As a part of the campaign “OPEN RESPONSE + OPEN RECOVERY” launched in response to the global pandemic caused by the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), the OGP Support Unit has developed a “Guide to Open Government and the Coronavirus”.

The guide brings together open government projects and approaches that can support member countries to be effective in tackling the pandemic. It draws on over 350 practical examples, that have been successfully implemented by governments, civil society, citizens or the private sector in different countries during the COVID-19 crisis.

The guide is for open government reformers who are looking for practical ideas, tools and resources that can help to deal with the crisis both during and post-pandemic periods. 

The OGP Support Unit launched the campaign "OPEN RESPONSE + OPEN RECOVERY" during the global pandemic. The campaign aims to create a unified platform where OGP member countries can share their experience, successful examples, tools and resources to combat the pandemic, ensuring inclusiveness, accountability and transparency of processes during the pandemic and post-pandemic periods.
